Talk at IXDA 2023 in Zurich

The talk has been part of the track "establishing design ethics" at the Interaction 23 Conference in Zurich of the Interaction Design Association. 5 methods for an inclusive design process and practical methods, included in-person testing, behavioral archetypes based on a behavioral design approach, accessibility guidelines tailored to age-related limitations, product interaction map to align product demands with user capabilities, and a critical attitude toward interface conventions.
